Halloween is nearly here! How I love this season. My neighborhood is decorated with pumpkins and Fall Mums. Porches are covered in streamers, scarecrows and witches while ghosts sway in the trees or peek out from windows. I am decorating a little more during the last 2 days before Halloween. Quite by accident, I found instructions for making tissue paper ghosts. I am going to try this today and we will see how I do. I love seeing these friendly ghosts in the windows on my twilight walk and can't wait to try it for my own home. I'm also planning an easy supper of casserole and salad for Halloween night. The Pioneer Woman has family friendly recipes and we love her Sour Cream Noodle Bake. I'm also making an basic 2 layer chocolate cake decorated with ghost Peeps.
We will spend the evening lighting the carved pumpkin, watching The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, and Hallmark's The Good Witch -Secrets of Grey House and maybe a rewatch of Practical Magic too.
Happy Halloween and Boo! to you and yours.
